Here's what to expect when you book RM Patrols.
Getting set up
- Call or send a quote requestTell us about your home, business or site and what you're worried about.
- We work out a planHow many patrols, which nights, and who your keyholders are.
- Patrols startA marked RM Patrols vehicle starts checking your property after hours.
On every patrol
- Visible presenceA marked vehicle at your property deters anyone thinking about trying their luck.
- Check for break-insDoors, windows, gates and fences are checked for signs of forced entry.
- Visual inspectionA look over the property for anything out of place, like damage or open access points.
When your alarm goes off
- We respond, 24 hours a dayLocal and close by, within our 5–10 km operating area.
- Inspect and secureWe inspect the premises and secure the site if required.
- Notify keyholdersYou or your nominated keyholders hear from us straight away.
- Stay if there's been a break-inWe remain on site until you, your representative or police arrive, or the premises are secured.
